What you need to know: Perfect on their own or blended to create a custom shade, each lip pigment is designed to enhance your client’s natural beauty and unique skin tone. Our team tests every batch for consistency and safety, so you never have to worry about nasty additives, or how our colors will show up in your clients’ skin. Ethically made and ethically tested, Perma Blend is certified vegan and cruelty free.
Directions for use: Do not mix with water or other thinning agents. To change consistency, only use Perma Blend Thinning or Shading Solutions.
Directions for Use:
- Store in a room temperature environment.
- Do not leave product out in the sun.
- Handle containers with fresh-from-the-box single-use gloved hands.
- Shake pigment for at least 1 minute before pouring.
- After pouring, ensure the lid is securely sealed and return to its storage area.
- To change consistency, only use Perma Blend Shading Solutions. Do not mix with water or other thinning agents.
- Pigment expires 12 months after opening.
- Unopened pigment expires after 3.5 years.

Hayley H Bazooka was one of my first lip blushing pigments I bought as a PMU artist almost 5 years ago. I still keep this color in my kit and use it regularly. I’ve used it alone for a more pink tone on some clients and I’ve also added other lip pigments to it for a customized color. You can’t go wrong by having this as an option for your clients

Brooke Bazooka is my go-to pigment for clients on a Fitzpatrick scale of 1–3. It’s a super cool-toned pink that gives a striking bubblegum effect—especially on very fair skin, where it heals into a bright, youthful pink lip. On initial application, it looks vibrant and fun, but once healed, I’ve noticed it fades and pushes out quite a bit, usually requiring a second appointment touch-up. That’s why I rarely use Bazooka on its own. Instead, I almost always mix it with other pigments like French Fancy, Malina, or Mauve to achieve more concentrated, long-lasting, and beautifully balanced results.
