Recover Mini Set for TONING
Need a brow tune-up? Simple color theory is just what the doctor ordered. Green Juice, Pretty Penny and Golden Pear helps neutralize brows that shift orange, red, green, blue or purple. These toners are formulated without Titanium Dioxide (TiO2).

Green Juice Toner – Give red and pink brows the chop and put fierce on the grind with Green Juice Toner.

Pretty Penny Toner - A gloriously copper tone to neutralize gray and blue brows.

Golden Pear Toner - A radiant golden hue to neutralize magenta and purple brows.
Directions for Use:
- Store in a room temperature environment.
- Do not leave product out in the sun.
- Handle containers with fresh-from-the-box single-use gloved hands.
- Shake pigment for at least 1 minute before pouring.
- After pouring, ensure the lid is securely sealed and return to its storage area.
- To change consistency, only use Perma Blend Shading Solutions. Do not mix with water or other thinning agents.
- Pigment expires 12 months after opening.
- Unopened pigment expires after 2.5 years.
