Morena Opens a new window: Deep black-brown pigment that can be used full-strength or diluted for more control.
* Designed to meet REACH Annex XVII, Entry 75 limits—widely referenced by many national authorities.
Directions for Use:
- Store in a room temperature environment.
- Do not leave product out in the sun.
- Handle containers with fresh-from-the-box single-use gloved hands.
- Shake pigment for at least 1 minute before pouring.
- After pouring, ensure the lid is securely sealed and return to its storage area.
- To change consistency, only use Perma Blend Shading Solutions. Do not mix with water or other thinning agents.
- Pigment expires 12 months after opening.
- Unopened pigment expires after 3.5 years.

Naz Love this set! The shades are perfectly balanced for creating soft, natural-looking brows. The pigment goes in smoothly and heals beautifully true to tone. Definitely one of my favorites from Perma Blend!

Hayley H This set has lighter and darker colors but just be sure to swatch and be aware of the undertones. Some have a cooler tone while others have a more warm tone so choose accordingly.
