During Women's History Month, we're pairing up with our Pro Team artists to give back to the PMU industry. We're partnering with our team of experts to offer PMU Scholarships to deserving artists in their community. Drumroll, please...
Week 1: Federica Savorani, Nominated by Ylenia Cammareri
Our first collaboration is with Ylenia Cammareri to gift an artist a #beautyINKlusivity scholarship to her PMU Lips Masterclass. Let’s give a round of applause to the selected artist, Federica Savorani.
“Due to her complicated situation, Federica was unable to attend my last masterclass. Her husband has a rare form of cancer, she has a child, and she’s trying to do her best to start her career in the PMU industry. She really deserves it as she’s a talented artist with plenty of determination.” — Ylenia
Our resident rebel, Ylenia transcends what many believe to be the typical cosmetic artist. Tatted up and a beacon of body positivity — Ylenia may have her own PMU masterclasses, but she lives self-love and #beautyINKlusivity on the daily. Learn more about Ylenia in our blog post.
Week 2: Paris Nicole, Nominated by Ebony Kimbrough
Our second collaboration is with Ebony Kimbrough to gift an artist a #beautyINKlusivity scholarship to EK Professionals' lip neutralization course. Let’s give a round of applause to the second selected artist, Paris Nicole!
“Her work is impeccable and she graduated from EK Professionals just a little over a year ago. She is a new age leader of the industry but doesn’t mind taking a seat as a team player for the greater good. It has been my ultimate pleasure to work beside, train and learn with her. She is the new face of the PMU industry.” — Ebony
Ebony has made history in our industry when she opened EK Professionals Permanent Cosmetics & Tattoo Institute, the first black-owned and operated PMU academy in Arkansas. With a mandate to bring beauty to Arkansas, Ebony truly is a beacon of #beautyINKlusivity — creating a space to make beauty accessible to all. Read more in Ebony's Artist-in-Focus Blog.
Week 3: Cassandra Wilson, Nominated by Natalie Della-Verde
We’ve partnered with Natalie Della-Verde to gift an artist a #beautyINKlusivity scholarship to a 1-on-1 Ombre Brow Masterclass through BADGAL Brows Academy. Let’s give a round of applause to the third selected artist, Cassandra Wilson!
“I nominate Cassandra Wilson. She did an Ombré Brow Masterclass before COVID and didn’t get to work on skin. Cassandra then had a baby and is balancing family life. Cassandra is passionate about PMU and wants to become the best artist she can. I want to give her a 1-on-1 Ombré Brow Masterclass and full mentorship program to support her journey so Cassandra can be a confident PMU artist.”— Natalie
Meet Natalie
Natalie is the owner of BADGAL Brows Salon & Academy in Leeds, UK. Natalie started her PMU journey only part-time, juggling it with Uni & bedtime stories — it quickly became a passion as she fell in love with making her clients feel beautiful. Natalie lives #beautyINKlusivity on the daily — she made beauty accessible to her community by opening Leed’s first Brow Spa & Academy. (Oh, & in her spare time she launched her own brand of vegan brow & beauty supplies.) She’s excited to welcome a new generation of artists into the community.
