Q: Are Perma Blend inks compliant with REACH?
A: LUXE is an innovative line of REACH-compliant inks. We test our raw materials, intermediates, and finished product throughout the entire manufacturing process, including but not limited to: micro, heavy metals, amines, PAH, regulated preservatives, aldehydes, and other forbidden substances. Our inks are vegan and animal cruelty-free.
Q: Is there a way to guarantee that the LUXE line reaches EU regulation standards?
A: Our manufacturing measures surpass the current ones within the industry, globally. We closely monitor our products using the following quality management systems:

Q: Does the LUXE line have fewer color options and reduced quality?
A: Not only did we evolve our formula to be inclusive of EU observations, but we also created a wide selection of colors, which will soon include inks using green and blue pigments that are REACH compliant. Now artists can focus on their craft and their clients.
