“If you’re used to using a very thick pigment then there will be a slight adjustment,” says Danielle. “Perma Blend’s consistency is more liquid. For machine work, it’s the best! Dip only the very tip of your blade into the pigment. If you overload your blade, your work may get messy. Also, if pigment doesn’t fill the stroke, that’s ok! In between passes, rub your pigment into the strokes using a Q-tip. Let it sit for a minute, then wipe and BAM. Instant color!”
