Kay Holtz
Kay Holtz has almost 10 years of experience in the Permanent Cosmetic Industry and more than 20 years in the Beauty Industry.
Kay has been trained and certified by international and iconic organizations including: AcademyS, PhiLashes, and New Look Laser College, Beauty Angel, Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP) and the Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP) organization, and many more. Kay is also one of only a handful of certified Master Trainers for Academy S by Sviatoslav for the last 5 years.
Kay is the Founder and Master instructor of Minnesota Brow Lash & MedSpa Academy for the last 7 years. Kay has traveled across the world conducting training to teach her leading-edge fashion techniques and skills.
