Yes, these are the same inks manufactured under Gold Collection. Perma Blend has changed the packaging and names of the inks and it's set. The formula from each ink remains the same.
WHY HAS GOLD COLLECTION BEEN RENAMED?
Our partnerships with a variety of artists have been reevaluated and have since transitioned. Gold Collection was the vision of many people, especially our hardworking team here at Perma Blend. We're happy to continue to manufacture this line reimagined as Sun-kissed Palette so that PMU artists can continue using the products they love.

No, Sun-kissed Palette is not one of the pre-modified kits we offer.
